Your project begins with an initial sixty-minute consultation, scheduled on its own or in conjunction with further service. Consult payment will be applied to your first two hours of service, scheduled within thirty days of initial consultation.
Depending on the scope of your project, fees will be determined at an hourly or package rate. We invite you to contact us to explore possibilities.
Hourly payments are to be made at the time of service. Large, package-rate project payment schedules to be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of project.
Cancellation of appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Because we believe the time set aside by each party involved is to be honored, we offer a reciprocal cancellation policy: cancellations made by client within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of hours scheduled; cancellations made by Opening Spaces within 24 hours will result in the client receiving half of scheduled hours at no charge.
